    Job type: Full time

    Salary: $5,000 – $6,800 per month

    Requirements:

    The AFE must meet at least MSD CAT 2A Security Clearance requirements and possess a minimum of five years of implementation experience with a telecommunications vendor.

    The candidate should demonstrate expertise in the following areas:

    • 4G and 5G telecom call flows and troubleshooting
    • OpenStack and Kubernetes deployment and operations
    • Deployment of Containerized Network Functions (CNF)
    • Integration of various Network Functions
    • Training and Certification in IT and server storage would be an advantage.
    • Preferably have 4 years up of experience in IT spare parts control & warehouse maintenance.
    • Willing to be assigned on the stated office location, and to travel to TRT offices globally on as needed basis.

    Primary Job Functions:

    • Manage the spares movement inbound and outbound the warehouse
    • Resolution of minor incidents that are raised by our customers
    • Assisting on parts deliveries to Field Engineers & Service Partner Engineers onsite.

    ** Incidents and changes can be related to Servers, tape libraries/drives, storage devices, printers, and various other pieces of equipment.

    Other responsibilities:

    • Manage spare parts inventory movement and coordinate deliveries.
    • Conduct quarterly stock takes and audits.
    • Perform minor hardware maintenance tasks and conduct proactive audits.
    • Perform quarterly preventive maintenance.
    • Communicate effectively with customers and provide timely updates for service calls.
    • Continuously learn new skills and update internal procedures.
    • Source local service partners and logistics suppliers.
    • Monitor ticket status for resolution and ensure warehouse inventory movement and labeling compliance.
    • Maintain clean and organized work areas, and adhere to ESD and OHS requirements.

    Required Deliverables:

    • Maintain over 95% accuracy between inventory database and actual warehouse stock.
    • Resolve supported incidents or tickets within SLAs.
    • Ensure prompt, professional, and reliable customer communication.
    • Meet commitments made to customers or reschedule with their approval.
    • Continuously improve technical and non-technical skills.
    • Escalate issues through proper channels in a timely manner.
    • Adhere to company policies.
    • Ensure onsite support availability.
    • Collaborate with the team for local parts sourcing

    Job Type: Full time

    Salary: $3,000 – $3,500 per month

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Handles a full set of accounts including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, etc.
    • Reconciliation of Balance sheet accounts including creditors, intercompany, fixed assets and banks
    • Consolidation of management accounts and financial reports
    • Prepares quarterly GST submission and other statutory returns
    • Oversee monthly payroll computation and handle queries regarding payrolls
    • Cash flow and other financial forecast

    Requirements:

    Job Description

    • Prepare and clean the room, turn on the machines in the morning.
    • Oversees proper functioning and cleanliness of equipment, printer and ensure regular quality assurance checks and maintenance of printers. Maintain records of maintenance performed.
    • Register patient for their examinations in the HIS and enter the correct order for the examinations, ensure that the correct amount is collected from the patient for the payment of services.
    • Attend to patient at the waiting area. Prepare patients for the relevant examinations and arrange the request forms in order according to the patients’ appointment.
    • Work with sonographers/radiographers to facilitate smooth flow of work.
    • Handle patients’ enquires as to the expected waiting time, during the examinations, facilities in TMC etc.
    • Ensure VIPS are promptly attended and accorded seamless service

    Major Job Accountabilities

    • Packing:
      Ensure all parts are cleaned and preservatives are applied to prevent corrosion and rust. Adequately wrap parts with bubble packing to prevent damage. Tag parts according to Customer’s orders. Secure spare parts and complete items properly in carton boxes or wooden cases to prevent internal movement during shipment transit.
    • Import:
      Ensure all receiving and documentation of incoming materials for AMSS (Aftermarket Service Solutions) jobs. Inspect all incoming goods and accompanying documents (including Country of Origin indication on supplier’s documents) to ensure compliance with purchase specifications.
      Uncrate and unpack all incoming goods and check for damage, quantity, and any discrepancy against the purchase order. All incoming goods must be clearly marked for easy identification and turned around quickly to meet customer delivery schedules and reduce warehousing costs.
      Maintain traceable records of all goods received and outgoing shipments. Report any non-conformance. Any errors are to be logged on a Non-Conformance Report (NCR).
    • Export:
      Release cargo to relevant forwarders for export shipments. Ensure that Export Delivery Orders and cargo match before release.
    • Inventory Management:
      Ensure accuracy in transacting stock movements, Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and dispatches in Sun System. Maintain physical stock accuracy in Durco stocks and WIP inventory through periodic cycle counts.
    • Warehouse Security and Housekeeping:
      Maintain good security and housekeeping in the warehouse. Clearly mark all materials and shipment storage locations for easy identification and retrieval. Assist in reducing warehousing costs by palletizing all materials and shipments onto pallets and racks.
    • Export/Import Compliance:
      Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are in full compliance with US Export Compliance regulations. Ensure import/export compliance in accordance with company policies. Report any potential breaches.
    • Operations:
      Work closely with the Singapore Operations and Tuas logistics/shipping departments as a team to take on new and additional responsibilities.
      Perform periodic/daily checks on forklifts, stackers, and fire extinguishers as part of safety initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and be well organized to handle a high-volume workload.
    • Assist with stock take.
    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
    • Excellent communication skills.

    • Experience in inventory order entry, processing, and handling.

    What we’re looking for

    • Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Food Science & Technology.
    • Ideally 1-3 years of relevant experience in nutrition or dietetics. However, candidates with strong interest and aptitude in nutrition will also be considered.
    • A keen interest and familiarity with both local and international cuisines.
    • Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Word, Canva and experience with nutrition datasets.
