  • Software Engineering Project Manager

    • Job description:
    1. Responsible for software and firmware R&D project management of computer projects.
    2. Software and firmware related problem analysis and solution progress tracking management.
    3. Customer demand and supplier software and firmware specification confirmation, project schedule planning and software and firmware release control, risk assessment and progress confirmation.
    4. Communicate and coordinate matters related to software and firmware R&D projects across departments, clients and suppliers within the company.
    • Job Requirements:
    1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering/ Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/ Information Management of related fields.

  • ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

    • General Ledger
      1. Review of all GIRO transactions
      2. Handle full set of account
      3. Review of all journal flow to GL from other modules.
      4. Perform month end closing and prepare monthly financial statement.
      5. Prepare audit schedule annually.
      6. Handle queries from auditor on annual statutory audit and assist in annual audit preparation
      7. Assist in annual stock take
    • Taxation: GST & Corporate Income Tax (CIT)
      1. Prepare Form 5 (in excel)  for GST quarterly submission.
      2. Assist in Estimate Chargeable Income (ECI) reporting
      3. Assist in Corporate Income Tax (CIT) computation, work closely with Tax Agent
    • Account Receivables Management
      1. Maintain customer master record in ERP. Create new and maintain existing customer record.
      2. To issue invoice for non-inventory sales 
      3. Key in payment from customers and follow up on overdue payment
      4. Perform account reconciliation with customer on regular basis
      5. Generate and review AR aging report and update cashflow forecast
    • Fixed Assets management
    • Perform critical financial analysis 
    • Assist in product costing computation and quotation preparation

  • Technical Executive

    Responsibilities:

    • Attend to the fault equipment alarm for verification.
    • Call to vendor for emergency checking if necessary and report status to the team.
    • Routine site inspection for M&E systems and direct vendor for work during their visit.
    • Ensure all SLA between external vendors/suppliers or customers are met.
    • Assist in coordinating and executing various types of improvement works e.g. A&A, renovation, defect rectifications and etc.
    • Assist Facility team to manage all facility related matters as well as meeting the expectations of customers and users.
    • Facilitate effective and timely communication, customers and users for all events and projects e.g., Townhall, meeting.

    1. Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations.
    2. Participate in regular tax audits and regular tax returns.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform day-to-day operations of Membership and Guest Services duties, including attending to general enquiries and guest feedback, and processing of membership related transactions.
