  • Outdoor Sales Executive

    Job Type: Contract/Temp

    Salary: $2,200 per month

    Responsibilities:

    • Create sales leads in order to pursue new clients through referrals, business directories and even cold calling
    • Follow up on sales leads that might be generated by other employees or departments within the company.
    • Regularly call or visit existing clients to ensure that they are still happy with using the product or services and to explain new products and services as they are made available.
    • Ensure Customer satisfaction, retention and maintenance of sales accounts.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum “O” Level Holders
    • Preferably from relevant chemical industry

    Additonal Information:

    • For orders between S$100.00 to S$5,000.00, commission will be 2.5%. For orders from S$5,001 and above, commission will be 2%. Monthly commission ranges from S$200 to S$400 for a start (based on individual sales performance)
    • Time: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm. If there are company events, will need to work on weekends. This is not often.

  • Maths Teacher

    Job Type: Full time

    Salary: $5,000 – $7,000 per month

    Responsibilities:

    • Implement the designated curriculum. (Max. 10 classes per week, 2 hours per class)
    • Provide support and ideas towards the planning and development of the curriculum.
    • Attend team meetings
    • Monitor the student’s learning through prompt written and verbal feedback and grading of homework.
    • Provide parents with weekly feedback on lesson progress.
    • Provide follow-up make up sessions when students are not able to attend class due to official school events or sickness.
    • Provide coverage for teachers who are unable to take their assigned class due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • Perform all administrative and other duties as assigned.

    2. Ensure accurate validation and timely settlement is being performed on all relevant trades

    3. Provide end-to-end support to FX CLS processes supported across Singapore, Hong Kong and Korea entities.

    4. Participate in critical initiatives, process improvements and projects to enhance processes and productivity, and take accountability to ensure successful implementation thereafter

    Responsibilities 

    • Oversees the full set of Accounts for Singapore and its Vietnam subsidiaries

    • Review and analyse product costing reports for manufacturing plants

    • Responsible for transfer price and the required documentations between Singapore and other Asia manufacturing plants

    • Liaise with auditor & tax agent on subsidiary audit/tax matters and including tax planning to maximise tax savings
