  • Warehouse Assistant 

    Job Type: Part time

    Salary: $11 – $13 per hour

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of incoming shipments.
    • Accurately pick, pack, and label products for dispatch.
    • Maintain inventory records and ensure accurate stock levels.
    • Ensure a clean and safe working environment by following safety protocols.
    • Support the warehouse team with ad-hoc tasks as required.

    Requirements:

    • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
    • Ability to lift and move heavy items regularly.
    • Able to work 5.5 days (Monday – Saturday)

  • Frontline Customer Services

    Job Type: Contract/Temp

    Salary: $2,300 – $2,700 per month

    Job Responsibilities:

    The individual is responsible to provide consistent and excellent quality services to the visitors, which may include VIP visitors, and to achieve service standards for frontline customer services. 

    Key responsibilities and functions include:

    1. Receive and welcome the visitors with a polite and cheerful disposition

    2. Register and enroll visitors facial recognition efficiently and accurately

    3. Provide efficient queue management and crowd control where needed

    4. Protect and maintain accurate and updated visitor records according to PDPA requirements

    5. Key management including issue, return and accounting for all keys on a daily basis

    6. Able to multitask and to work fast

    7. Respond and explain appropriately to public enquiries and requests according to guidelines and policies. 

    8. Monitor attendance and prepare report as needed. 

    9. Comply and adhere to SOPs, policies, guidelines and processes

    10. Flexibility to change roster should there be a need to. 

    11. Manage records, documents and files in support of required activities for pre-enlistment. This would include organising and updating records and files, scanning and uploading of documents to system.

    12. To participate in digitisation exercises, organising files and documents as necessary.

  • Buggy Drivers

    Job Type: Part time

    Salary: $11 – $13 per hour

    Job Scope:
    • Drive a 13-seater or 22-seater shuttle service to bring visitors around the premises
    • Directing the visitors in the queue to board the buggy, and check to ensure that all passengers have bought their tickets
    • Duties will be done on a rotational basis (driving, ushering, marshalling and cashiering)
    • Cleaning / maintaining the vehicle
    • Provide information and assistance to visitors

    Requirements:
    • Possess valid class 3 or 3A driving license for at least 1 year
    • Must have prior working experience in customer service industry
    • Able to work min 3 days per week regardless of weekdays or weekends

  • LOGISTICS ASSISTANTS

    Job Type: Full time

    Salary: $2,000 – $2,800 per month

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for dealing with receiving.
    • Checking for cosmetic conditions, verify, reconcile against documents and storing incoming goods.
    • Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type, quality, and acceptable condition.
    • Picking, issuing to production, packaging, and labelling products before they are release to truckers.
    • Use of hand-held equipment to verify outgoing shipment is accurate.
    • Maintain Good Housekeeping. Any other ad hoc duties.
    • Able to support OT as and when required 

  • Lab Analyst

    Job Type: Contract/Temp
    Salary: $2,500 – $3,000 per month

    Job Descriptions: 

    • Prepare water and solid samples for analysis.
    • Analyze water samples using manual titration, colorimetric methods, and instruments like TOC, flow injection analyzer, UV-spectrometer, and titrator.
    • Assist in maintaining the ISO17025 quality system.

    Job Requirements: 

    1. Minimum qualification of Diploma in a Chemical Engineering or related field or 1 year of experience in similar field.

    Salary: $4,500 – $5,500 per month

    Job Description:

    • To deliver a high standard of pharmacy services to both inpatients and outpatients in a multi-disciplinary setting.
    • To be involved in clinical, administrative as well as teaching operations.
    • To develop and review services provided by the Pharmacy department such that the profession keeps abreast in providing timely and cost-efficient pharmacy services to the community.

    Job Type: Full time

    Salary: $2,000 – $2,700 per month

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Assemble, test, and inspect refrigeration units as per instructions, meeting quality and output standards.
    • Maintain tools, equipment, and ensure calibration is up to date.
    • Support design of jigs, fixtures, and trolleys to boost productivity.
    • Train new staff under buddy system.
    • Troubleshoot and rework basic faults on units.
    • Inspect work area and monitor corrective actions.
    • Follow safety rules and cooperate in accident investigations.
    • Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping.
    • Record checklists and serial numbers accurately.
