    Salary: $2,200 – $2,800 per month

    Job Descriptions:

    • Provide onsite support to customers including troubleshooting, attending to break down calls and resolving their area of concern
    • Diagnose and resolve technical problems and issues reported by customers
    • Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, IT infrastructure, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware (servers, network switches, firewalls, wireless)
    • Any other ad hoc tasks as required.

    Job Requirements:

    • A minimum of an ITE qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, those who possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field are welcome.
    • Able to work on rotation basis – including Saturday, Sunday and PH (4 days work a week)

    • Understand and communicate delivery requirements, trucking status, and complaints with customers and departments.
    • Plan and schedule deliveries in alignment with customer needs and company resources, ensuring compliance.
    • Process orders, permits, payments, and shipping documents through relevant systems.
    • Coordinate with transportation, warehouse, and depot teams (internal & external) for seamless operations.
    • Generate daily/monthly reports for customers and company, including TradeNet and accrual submissions.

    Salary: $3,800 – $4,500 per month

    Responsibilities

    • We operate largely on an appointment basis, where we take our clients through a 1.5-2 hr education session about diamonds, to create awareness about the diamond retail industry.
    • These appointments also include helping clients choose their ring designs and helping them with customization options for their ring designs.
    • You will be trained to deliver a holistic and high-quality product demo to our clients, throughout the first 3 months.
    • You will also be expected to continuously keep abreast of ongoing product developments.
    • You will be in charge of ensuring a smooth flow for our clients, including responsibilities such as ensuring the diamond’s delivery timeline, helping clients with their customized designs, and following up with their enquiries.
