  • IT Manager (Hotel)

    Job Type: Full time

    Salary: SGD 5,000 – 6,000

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Deploy IT infrastructure and network standards, procedures, and drive implementation and maintenance across Singapore hotels, to ensure the stable operation of the organization’s IT assets.
    • Manage and support all IT information systems.
    • Coordinate, supervise, and work alongside Level 1 IT engineers.
    • Provide Level 2 IT support for the assigned hotel.
    • Manage and drive special projects or initiatives for the hotel / group as assigned.

    Operation Excellence

    • Provide availability, maintenance and ongoing support to ensure strong and stable network infrastructure for the hotel; including routers, switches, hubs, UPSs etc.
    • Oversee the administration of user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
    • Standardizing IT applications, systems and assets, act as the gatekeeper of documented and mapped infrastructure & application standards. Streamlining the processes to promote and drive a best practice to improve quality delivery environment.
    • Analyze and report on problems trends and root causes. To coordinate with the vendor to resolve any issues/problems with the network and infrastructure, ensure vendor adherence to established customer service levels.
    • Work with and support business stakeholders to plan and manage business solution, providing availability, maintenance and ongoing support to the business applications. Streamline the processes to promote and drive a best practice to improve quality delivery environment. 
    • Keep abreast of all applications and functional changes and inform the business stakeholders and users. Collect and record any enhancements that are required by the stakeholders, support the feasibility studies.
    • Analyze and report on problems trends and root causes. To coordinate with the vendor to resolve any issues/problems with the business applications, ensure vendor adherence to established customer service levels.
    • Formulate and develop standard IT guideline for configuration, operation and maintenance procedure related to various application systems.

    Data Security, Disaster Recovery

    • Support the establishment of an appropriate business resilience capability including development and oversight of the periodic testing of the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP).
    • Ensure meeting of Group’s security standard, IT standards, and PCI requirements relating to all aspect of IT infrastructure.
    • Manage and ensure effectiveness of servers, including e-mail, file & print, and backup servers, and their associated operating systems and software
    • Manage and ensure effectiveness of security solutions, including firewalls, anti-virus solutions, and intrusion detection systems
    • Manage customer expectations and drive adoption of IT operating and security policies and procedures. Attest all processes meet with security and regulatory requirements.
    • Work with different IT functions to address external / internal audit gaps identified within the timeframe committed.

    Planning & Project Management

    • Develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures and associated training plans for network resource administration and appropriate use.
    • Manage respective vendors to ensure projects are implemented and delivered according to agreed timeline, schedule, design, plan and cost.
    • Contribute and participate in new business application projects.

    Requirements

    • 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology or the equivalent.
    • Able to lead a team and also be a good team player. Possess good interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders. 
    • Good command of written and spoken English.
    • Hands-on experience in hospitality industry related infrastructure, applications, network and enterprise systems management, project management would be an added advantage.
  • IT Support Specialist

    Job Type: Full time

    Salary: $2,800 – $3,500 per month

    Job Responsibilities:

    IT & Technical Support

    ·        Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT-related issues, providing technical assistance to users.

    ·        Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues such as printer malfunctions, network connectivity, and email access.

    ·        Assist users in resolving login and system access problems.

    ·        Escalate more complex IT issues to senior support teams when necessary.

    ·        Document common IT issues and resolutions to improve response times and efficiency.

    Documentation & Inventory Management

    ·        Maintain accurate IT asset inventories (hardware, software licenses, peripherals).

    ·        Document system configurations, network diagrams, and change logs to ensure audit readiness.

    ·        Manage IT procurement records, including purchase orders, warranty details, and disposal certificates.

  • Assembly Technician

    Job Type: Contract/Temp

    Salary: $2,000 – $2,500 per month

    Job Description:

    • Assemble and test products to meet specified requirements.
    • Perform tube cutting using safety cutting machines.
    • Interpret drawings to assemble pipelines for large and small bags.
    • Collaborate with Supervisors and Engineers to ensure quality, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
    • Participate in initiatives to enhance product quality and work processes.
    • Maintain workplace cleanliness and safety standards.
    • Coordinate with the team to achieve shared goals.

    Job Type: Full time

    Salary: $2,500 – $3,500 per month

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operation
    • Answer phone calls, take note of client enquires and respond to client
    • Prepare and generate monthly payrolls for all staffs (include IR21 for those who resign, annual IR8A), include monitoring of working offices for workers on sites (workers’ OT, leaves and MCs) and any other matters / issues faced by workers.
    • Submission of monthly CPF return to CPF Board.
    • Assist to apply or renew work permits thru MOM portal. Must be familiar and have some knowledge of MOM regulations about foreign workers.
    • Prepare of quotations to clients, source quotation from suppliers for projects
    • Provision of ad-hoc administrative duties / supports to management (arrange appointment with client / director)
    • To assist to order materials from suppliers include receiving of goods / services
    • To generate and email out monthly outstanding statement of accounts to clients
    • To records all incoming tax invoices from suppliers, all incoming tax invoices will be collated (hard-copy / soft-copy) to be submitted quarterly to company accountant .

    Requirements:

    • Minimum Higher Nitec / Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration or any other related fields.
    • Must be experienced in handling foreign worker matters.
    • Must be familiar with payroll.
  • Operation Assistant

    Job Type: Full time

    Salary: $2,500 – $2,700 per month

    Responsibilities:

    • Assemble and set up First Class, Business Class, and Crew meals per loading requirements.
    • Guide and coordinate tray setup to meet airline specifications.
    • Label and identify completed trolleys, ovens, and meal containers correctly.
    • Return excess food and equipment to designated areas.
    • Clear standby meals after flight departure.
