Salary: $2,500 – $2,800 per month
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inbound Operation Management includes receiving, inspecting, and putting away incoming goods
- Outbound Operation Management includes picking/packing/sorting outgoing orders.
- Stock Management: Perform and manage team cycle count and physical inventory check
- Operation Efficiency: Monitor and maintain operational efficiency, ensuring that tasks are completed on time according to SOP.
- Operation/Project Problem Troubleshooting. Work with stakeholders to solve the problems occurring during operations.
Requirement
- Min 3 years of hands-on team lead experience in warehousing/logistics
- Continuous improvement mindset, independent, and self-motivated individual
- Strong team management and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work under stress, flexible and adaptive to change, dynamic and pragmatic
