Job Type: Contract/Temp
Salary: $2,300 – $2,500 per month
Job Scope
- Manage and review daily customer orders.
- Create, process, and generate pick slips, performing system transactions in platforms like SAP and Oracle.
- Ensure timely and accurate order shipments and transactions.
- Coordinate handover of orders to the warehouse for picking and packing.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely shipments.
- Handle daily shipment bookings with forwarders and prepare AWBs in courier systems.
- Prepare necessary reports, including daily activity, receiving, and shipping updates.
- Respond promptly to internal and external customer requests.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Prior experience in logistics or supply chain is advantageous
- Knowledge in transaction systems i.e. SAP, Oracle is advantageous
- Meticulous and organized in handling daily orders
- Only Singaporean may apply
