We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Elush (T3) Pte Ltd in the Central Region. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our dynamic retail environment. What you’ll be doing

• Providing a warm and welcoming experience for customers, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated
• Assisting customers with product selection, answering questions, and making recommendations to meet their needs
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective product knowledge and sales techniques
• Maintaining a neat, organised, and visually appealing sales floor
• Participating in inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising activities
• Collaborating with the wider team to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience

• Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably in the sales industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide informed recommendations
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
