Retail Assistant 

Job type: Full time

Salary: $3,000 – $4,500 per month

The Role:

Reporting to the Operation Manager.
Managing day-to-day store operations.
Delivering an exceptional in-store experience to customers.
Achieving Breo’s monthly sales targets.

Your Responsibilities:

Operate and manage the retail store.
Promote and demonstrate Breo travel massagers to tourist & walk-in.
Handle customer inquiries and explain product benefits effectively.
Manage the POS system, payments, and cash handling.
Oversee in-store inventory and conduct regular stock checks.
Coordinate with the back-end office on sales matters.
Address customer feedback and provide excellent after-sales service.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate daily sales records.
Ensure the store is clean and well-organized.
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 2 years of retail experience.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Passionate about sales and customer engagement.
Self-driven and motivated to grow in a retail career.
Target-driven with a strong sales mindset.
