Production & Logistics Planner

Job Type: Full time

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Plan and Forecast: Use data to predict demand and create efficient production schedules.
  • Manage Inventory: Oversee stock levels and optimize resources (people, equipment, materials) to control costs and prevent shortages.
  • Improve Processes: Work with the production team to find ways to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Ensure Quality & Safety: Implement quality checks and maintain high safety and hygiene standards.
  • Report & Coordinate: Compile performance reports and work closely with other departments for smooth operations.

Requirement:

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Technology/Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Relevant knowledge in meat processing operations and food safety regulations is a distinct advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in production planning software and ERP systems.
