Job Type: Contract/Temp
Salary: $1,800 – $2,700 per month
Job Responsibilities
- Provide good customer services and general administrative duties of the clinic or centre.
- Perform clinical tasks include visual acuity tests, uroflowmetry assisting, venepuncture, ECG, room assisting in doctors’ consultation room etc
- Maintain overall cleanliness at the clinic, front counter and reception area.
- Attend to patients at counters for registration and payment and appointment line.
- Provide financial counselling to patients
- Attend to clinic complaints and escalate to higher management when needed.
Job Requirements
- Candidate Min “O” Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC or Diploma in any field.
- Candidates with 1 – 2 year of customer service, retail, cashiering experiences
- Applicants with experiences in the healthcare industry an advantage.
- Good communication skills and able to work in a fast pace environment.
- Open to work overtime and deployment.
