Key Responsibilities:
· Make cold and warm visits to prospective customers, introducing them to products or services.
· Visit existing customers to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
· Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
· Understand customer needs and recommend solutions that align with their requirements.
· Deliver engaging and persuasive sales pitches to potential clients.
· Provide detailed product/service information and handle inquiries or objections confidently.
· Identify new leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
· Manage and track leads through the sales pipeline to ensure conversion.
· Work toward meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
· Monitor your sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to improve results.
· Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
· Ensure proper follow-up and documentation of the sales process.
· Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on customer preferences.
· Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
· Stay updated on the company’s products and services, including new features or promotions.
· Understand competitors’ offerings to better position your sales strategy.
· Address customer complaints or concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
· Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
