Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 per hour
We are looking for a part-time Operations Admin to support our online tuition centre on Weekdays and Saturdays. This is a remote role, ideal for someone organised, tech-savvy, and customer-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Upload lesson replays after classes
- Create Zoom links and Google Drive folders
- Set up registration pages for webinars and online classes
- Following up on leads
- Handle parent enquiries (via WhatsApp/Email)
- Perform ad-hoc admin duties when necessary
Working Hours
- Mondays to Fridays, 7pm – 9pm
- Saturdays, 10am – 6pm

Requirements
- Own computer with fast internet connection (video files are large)
- Familiar with Zoom and Google Drive
- Based in Singapore
- Able to converse in Chinese with parents
- Must attend up to 8 hours of training via Zoom
- Prior customer service experience is required
