Operations Admin

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 per hour

We are looking for a part-time Operations Admin to support our online tuition centre on Weekdays and Saturdays. This is a remote role, ideal for someone organised, tech-savvy, and customer-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Upload lesson replays after classes
  • Create Zoom links and Google Drive folders
  • Set up registration pages for webinars and online classes
  • Following up on leads
  • Handle parent enquiries (via WhatsApp/Email)
  • Perform ad-hoc admin duties when necessary

Working Hours

  • Mondays to Fridays, 7pm – 9pm
  • Saturdays, 10am – 6pm

Requirements

  • Own computer with fast internet connection (video files are large)
  • Familiar with Zoom and Google Drive
  • Based in Singapore
  • Able to converse in Chinese with parents
  • Must attend up to 8 hours of training via Zoom
  • Prior customer service experience is required
