Salary: $3,500 – $5,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• To understand and learn aspects of the industry, example like trends, materials and from design to application
• To meet clients to determine project brief and requirements.
• To prepare and plan for costing, design proposal, and project schedule.
• To liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure delivery of projects.
• To advise clients on costing, design refinement, and schedule, during course of project.
• To document administrative materials pertaining to the project.
• To ensure projects are completed according to clients’ satisfaction

Requirements:

• Possess Certification/Diploma in Interior Design or At least 1 year experience in residential / commercial interior renovation
• Ability to conceptualise, illustrate, and present design proposals (residential / commercial)
• well verse in Auto-cad and 3Ds model and rendering software
• Positive working attitude, self-motivated, and creative.
• A team player with the ability to work independently.
• Customer service oriented, ability to listen and understand the customer needs first and propose solutions
