Salary: $6,000 – $7,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in collaboration with business leaders to develop and execute People and Culture strategies and activities that foster growth, drive results, increase employee satisfaction and sense of belonging, and increase organizational effectiveness.
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Health & Wellbeing, Performance Management, Talent & Leadership Development, Compliance, Succession Planning, and Total Rewards.
- Partner with business leaders to cultivate a high-performance culture, enhance employee engagement, and foster a sense of belonging.
- Design and implement performance management frameworks that drive employee growth, productivity, and accountability.
- Ensure HR policies, practices, and procedures comply with labor laws and industry standards while supporting business needs.
- Manage the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring seamless HR operations and a positive employee experience.
- Lead initiatives in employee engagement, career development, compensation & benefits, diversity & inclusion, and workplace culture.
- Provide strategic HR guidance, coaching, and support to leadership on talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
- Drive continuous improvement by conducting regular organizational analysis, gathering employee feedback, and implementing data-driven HR solutions.
- Champion and enforce HR policies, guidelines, and best practices to maintain consistency and fairness across the organization.
