Salary: $3,000 – $3,500 per month
Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including drafting and posting job advertisements, screening, coordinating interviews, work-pass applications (if needed), reference checks, contract preparation, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Develop and update HR policies and SOPs, ensuring compliance with employment laws and workplace safety standards.
- Administer employee claims and maintain accurate personnel records (e.g., annual leave, medical leave, promotions, resignations).
- Planning and Execution of employee engagement activities and events.
- Oversee daily office operations, including procurement of office supplies, pantry management, and courier/logistics coordination.
- Process incoming and outgoing transactions, maintaining accurate financial documentation to ensure transparency.
- Manage vendor payments and staff claims ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Perform daily financial reconciliations to support operational cash flow integrity.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of local employment laws and work-pass regulations.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, as the role involves communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and counterparts.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
