Food and Beverage Assistant Store Manager

Location: Raffles Place, Central Region

Job Type: Full time

Salary: $3,300 – $3,500 per month

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:

  • Oversee daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to avoid shortages or excess.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including dining areas, kitchen, and storage.

2. Customer Service:

  • Foster a welcoming and customer-focused environment.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to improve service quality.

3. Financial Management:

  • Achieve sales targets and manage the store’s budget effectively.
  • Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet financial goals.

4. Staff Management:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring they understand and adhere to company policies.
  • Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to staff.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.

5. Marketing and Promotion:

  • Implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Coordinate special events and seasonal promotions to boost sales.
  • Manage social media presence and online reviews to enhance store reputation.

6. Quality Control:

  • Ensure all food and beverages meet quality standards and presentation guidelines.
  • Monitor kitchen and service areas to maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the F&B industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
