Job responsibilities:
- Prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow management
- Preparation & Review of Annual Budget
- Actual vs Budget analysis of business development activities
- Responsible for management of the loans from Banks (project finance)/Shareholders.
- Contractual requirement managements (Facility agreement, Shareholders Agreement, Management Agreement etc, depends on the nature of the project)
- Handle taxation matters of each projects with the accounting team
- Assist in project profitability evaluation and financial assessment
