Salary: $3,500 – $4,000 per month
What you’ll be doing?
- Bookkeeping and accounting: Manage daily tasks including document collection, review, and archiving for various departments.
- Stakeholder liaison: Interact with banks, tax authorities, and service providers to handle account maintenance, tax filing, and annual returns.
- Cash flow management: Oversee company cash flow, including disbursements, receipts, reconciliations, and financial risk monitoring.
- Cross-border coordination: Work with the Mainland China headquarters to align financial data and support audit processes.
- Retail operations: Handle cashier duties and cash safekeeping for physical store(s), verifying daily revenue and reporting irregularities.
- Process improvement: Identify and suggest improvements for store financial operations.
- Versatility: Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors, demonstrating adaptability and willingness to learn.
Who are they looking for?
- Educational background: Preferably a Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Relevant experience: At least 3 years in financial roles, combining accounting and cashiering responsibilities. Experience with Singapore accounting/tax practices is a plus.
- Technical proficiency: Skilled in financial software (e.g., SAP or other mainstream accounting software used by Singapore SMEs) and Microsoft Office.
