F&B Kitchen Crew

Job Type: Full time

Salary: $2,500 per month

Job Description:

  • Participate in kitchen operations from food preparation and cooking to final production
  • Prepare food according to daily operations and menu requirements
  • Keep up to date with current promotions and new menu items
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following kitchen Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Take guest orders and serve food with excellent customer service
  • Ensure food quality and standards are maintained
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Food Manager

Requirements:

  • Prior cooking experience is an added advantage
  • 5-day work week including weekends (44 hours per week; rotating shifts between 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM)
  • Hygiene certificate is an added advantage
  • Must be loud, bubbly, and energetic

Benefits:

  • Annual leave: 7 days with 11 public holidays off in lieu

  • Variable bonus: Targeted at 10% of annual package
