Salary: $3,000 – $3,600 per month
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
· Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues and feedbacks.
· Manage shipments in timely and accurate manner.
· Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operations & customer satisfaction.
· Handle any escalated complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer retention.
· Work closely with internal teams to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.
· Manage shipping related enquiries from internal / external customers
· Trouble shoot operational issues encountered internally and externally
· Sourcing of space base on customer requirements
· Resolve operational issues and discrepancies to ensure smooth and successful cargo delivery
· Planning of container consolidations to ensure containers are fully optimize
Requirement -:
– Preferable with experience in NVOCC operations or freight forwarding.
– Good knowledge of ocean freight operations and regulations.
– Able to multi tasks & commit long working hours
– Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
– Ability to work well in fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
– Knowledge of handling Dangerous Goods would be advantage
