We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Customer Care Officer to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and wish to grow their career in the aesthetics and wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage appointment bookings and handle customer enquiries via phone and in-person.
- Provide professional assistance and consultation on aesthetics and wellness services.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with customers to ensure a smooth appointment experience.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist with administrative tasks and operational support as required.
- Participate in customer engagement and telemarketing initiatives when necessary.
- Be flexible to support different outlet locations when required.
Requirements
- Proficient in Mandarin and English (to communicate effectively with Mandarin and English-speaking customers).
- Minimum 1 year of relevant customer service experience, preferably in aesthetics, medical spa, or beauty industry.
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work well in a team environment.
- Positive attitude, professional image, and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to travel between outlets as business needs arise.
- Candidates with prior telemarketing experience will be an advantage.
