Customer Service Executive

Job Type: Full time

Salary: $2,800 – $3,500 per month

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handles customer calls in service and general enquiry
  • Ability to manage customer expectations and take ownership of customer requests
  • Possess strong analytical skills to resolve customers enquiries
  • Meet and/or exceed all individual and team KPI set by management
  • Acquire multiple product knowledge to enhance ability to understand customer needs across different products
  • To update complete and accurate information on customer interaction in the Customer Relation Management (CRM) system

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Exposure to customer-oriented environment and/or call center experience
  • Strong communication skill and interpersonal skills
  • Good listening skills
  • Expert multi-tasker
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual
