Customer Service Advisor

Job Type: Full time

Salary: $3,500 – $5,000 per month

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Answer customer enquiries via calls and emails with a friendly approach
• Understand customer needs and provide helpful solutions
• Maintain good relationship with clients and follow up on their concerns
• Gather feedback and share ideas
• Get involved in our company events and promotions
