Responsibilities:
- Oversee the scheduling and booking of training venues to ensure availability and suitability.
- Work closely with trainers to coordinate training schedules, materials, and logistics.
- Liaise with the Sales Department to support the enrolment process for training programs.
- Provide e-certificates to clients and learners after they have attended and completed the training programs.
- Arrange training venues with necessary materials and provide on-site support during training sessions.
- Prepare reports for management on training activities and maintain accurate records, including attendance, evaluations, and training materials.
- Perform any additional tasks or projects as directed by the manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Education or related field.
- Candidates with ACTA/ACLP qualifications will have an added advantage.
- 2 years of experience in training administration, preferably in education, adult learning or corporate training sectors.
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s workforce development landscape and the WSQ framework.
- Familiarity with TP Gateway, funding schemes and training grant applications.
