Clinical Service Associate

Location: North Region

Job Type: Full time

Salary: $2,580 – $3,000 per month

Broad Function:

  • Work closely with the Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist and Therapy Assistant in the provision of customer-focused and efficient service to the Rehabilitation Department patients
  • Perform patient registration, appointment scheduling, transportation booking, billing, and cash collection
  • Provide prompt and professional services to customers
  • Collect and monitor feedback for the Rehabilitation Department
  • Churn out statistics and prepare reports

Roles & Responsibilities:

Administration & Personnel

  • Perform daily Rehab patients’ registration, transportation booking, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and transport scheduling
  • Perform daily ILTC claim and update daily DRC / Rehabilitation services statistics
  • Attend the Monthly Departmental meeting
  • Replenishing the Rehab Department (SUMC and SWMC DRC) inventory when stock is low
  • Ad hoc job that is assigned by the reporting officer
  • To work on ad hoc weekends during events to facilitate the department’s operations
  • To assist with ferrying clients from the transportation drop-off point to the centre

Financial

  • Effectively handles all transactions, payments and ensures proper documentation.
  • Tally and check end of day collection and supporting documents.
  • Ensure all claims are organized and in order

Public Relations

  • Ensure a high standard of professional services to the client
  • Maintain a warm, friendly, safe, clean, and customer-centred work environment
  • Attend to any group feedback when needed
  • Work well with other departments such as finance, medical centre, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE N or O levels
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in healthcare or relevant sectors
  • Preferably with ILTC setting experience (centre-based care)
  • Possess good customer service skills and stron passion to serve the patients
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good team player
  • Hardworking and takes initiative
  • Willing to learn on the job and open to learn the systems
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to handle sensitive documents for the department spelling
  • Comfortable and trustworthy to deal with money
