🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality and presentation standards.
• Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to recipes and portion guidelines.
• Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff during service hours.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Ensure timely preparation of meals for large-scale operations.
• Support the Head Chef in menu planning and inventory control.
