Salary: $3,800 – $5,000 per month
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide leadership and guidance to Catering Operations team
· Work closely with operations, sales and kitchen team to ensure the clients’ needs are met
· Oversee and monitor all operations and logistics for all catering events
· Manage manpower planning to suit different catering needs
· Monitor service, food and beverage standards and resolve any issues if necessary
· Build and maintain good working relationship with clients and handle customer complaints
· Monitor and maintain vehicle standard, food quality, service standard & smooth running of the catering office and central kitchen
· Understanding with and complying with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements
REQUIREMENTS
· At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field
· Excellent customer service and able to interact well with clients
· Ability to work independently and in a team
· Able to perform physically demanding tasks and able to work in a fast paced environment
· Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
· Possess class 3 driving license with clean records and good driving skills will be an advantage
