Job Roles

– Safely drive buses to fuel bays, through the Auto Bus Wash, and to designated parking spots.

– Ensure electric buses are correctly plugged in and charging initiated.

– Refuel buses accurately and document all information.

– Handle refueling equipment with care and adhere to SOPs.

– Complete the demounting of buses per demounting list according to SOPs and maintain proper documentation.

– Manage orderly parking and ensure safety during refueling and garaging activities.

– Maintain compliance with company SOPs and ensure accident-free operations.

– Assist with garaging activities and ensure proper housekeeping.

– Adhere to workplace safety and health policies, practice safe work procedures and safety rules implemented at the workplace; and not engage in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger self or others.

Job Requirements

– Candidate should possess at least a minimum Primary and/or Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.

– Candidate to have a valid Class 3 driving license with minimally one year of driving experience.

– Able to work 7.00pm to 3.00am (Overtime may be required).

– Able to work in a high-tempo environment and a good team player.

Job Scope:
• Perform comprehensive maintenance for system and site supervision / hands on when required
• Perform troubleshooting and devise resolution when issues or faults arises

Responsibilities:

• Attend to the fault equipment alarm for verification.
• Call to vendor for emergency checking if necessary and report status to the team.
• Routine site inspection for M&E systems and direct vendor for work during their visit.
• Ensure all SLA between external vendors/suppliers or customers are met.
• Assist in coordinating and executing various types of improvement works e.g. A&A, renovation, defect rectifications and etc.
• Assist Facility team to manage all facility related matters as well as meeting the expectations of customers and users.
• Facilitate effective and timely communication, customers and users for all events and projects e.g., Townhall, meeting.
• Monitor all general supervision and control of organized events and comply with the Health, Safety & Environment regulations, practices, procedures and welfare of the people.
• Assist to monitor suppliers to ensure best value obtained.
• Take all the necessary actions and precautions to ensure there is no employment of illegal foreign workers on site at all times.
• Undertake any duties/projects, etc. as and instructed by the Superior.

5. Perform data analysis and problem solving at SME level

6. Proactively seek for opportunities to data discovery and insight

Job Duties, among others are:

1. 1 Perform validation of all new Foreign Exchange, Money Market, Non-Deliverable Forwards trades against source documents in Murex or Front Arena systems

2. Authorise payments and receipts for above mentioned Treasury products

3. Perform NDF Fixing procedures in Murex and Front Arena systems

4. Liaising of settlement or fixing with respective counterparties and local T&M Ops

5. Monitor and handle end-to-end CLS process, including exception handling of unmatched/alleged trades and the necessary follow ups and escalation

6. Ensures all reconciliation breaks or exceptions are investigated and resolved within stipulated turnaround time

7. Ensure all inquiries (email or SWIFT) related to pre and post-trade are effectively managed
