    Responsibilities (Education Advisor / Customer Service):

    • Manage the daily-operations of a centre, including walk-ins, telephone enquiries and providing course consultations to parents
    • Handle general admin duties such as daily collections & updating records in the company’s CRM system.
    • Handle feedback & resolve complaints by providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Liaise with Parents and Teachers about parents’ feedback and children’s progress
    • Work well with other centres & with other departments such as curriculum and accounting for the ultimate benefit of our students & parents

    Requirements

    • Min. diploma or relevant work experience in education, hospitality, retail management or related
    • Good interpersonal skills with ability to liaise & coordinate with parents/teachers

    Responsibilities:

    Account Retention:

    • Ensuring business retention of existing cross border accounts and further penetration
    • Monitoring and analyzing key accounts shipping trends/volume and revenue sustainability
    • Providing consistent updates to management on areas of improvement for sales performance
    • Proactive negotiation with clients on contractual rates to ensure business retention

    Your Responsibilities:

    Operate and manage the retail store.
    Promote and demonstrate Breo travel massagers to tourist & walk-in.
    Handle customer inquiries and explain product benefits effectively.
    Manage the POS system, payments, and cash handling.
    Oversee in-store inventory and conduct regular stock checks.
    Coordinate with the back-end office on sales matters.

  • Frontline Customer Services

    Job Type: Contract/Temp

    Salary: $2,300 – $2,700 per month

    Job Responsibilities:

    The individual is responsible to provide consistent and excellent quality services to the visitors, which may include VIP visitors, and to achieve service standards for frontline customer services. 

    Key responsibilities and functions include:

    1. Receive and welcome the visitors with a polite and cheerful disposition

    2. Register and enroll visitors facial recognition efficiently and accurately

    3. Provide efficient queue management and crowd control where needed

    4. Protect and maintain accurate and updated visitor records according to PDPA requirements

    5. Key management including issue, return and accounting for all keys on a daily basis

    6. Able to multitask and to work fast

    7. Respond and explain appropriately to public enquiries and requests according to guidelines and policies. 

    8. Monitor attendance and prepare report as needed.
