The objective is to drive sales growth through contract renewals of the existing contracts, enhance customer satisfaction, and stay informed about the industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• To maintain a proactive relationship with customers in your own market responsibility area
• To facilitate good communication between customer, Sales, and Operations Departments.
• To enter customers’ orders in accordance with the Purchase Order (PO) and allocate quantity. This is to ensure that the orders are in optimized delivery quantity and evenly loaded over the month.
• To anticipate customer reactions to unfavourable schedule confirmation and quality issues, etc. The Sales Support Executive is expected to address any customers’ concerns and pursue information or activity to satisfy the customers’ needs.
• To keep up to date with product knowledge, policies, and processes so as to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
• To utilise the available quotation tools and knowledge about the customer, to leverage on insights leading to an improved customer satisfaction and successful resolution and upselling.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or Lifescience and Biology related qualifications
• Work experience in a SME trading or distributor environment
• 2 years of sales support experience preferred
• Organized, meticulous, and disciplined person with a good eye for details
• Able to work in teams as well as independently
• Must be able to work in fast-paced environment
• Good proficient in written and spoken English
• Proficient in MS office – Words, Excel
• Knowledge of Trade Facilities like Letter of Credit is advantageous

Job Responsibilities

1)    Selling, planning, identifying business opportunities, initiating promotion activities with Foodservice customers.

2)    Achieve or exceed the targeted sales and designated new business developments

3)    Drive business growth by acquisition of new customers as well as expanding the products offered.

4)    Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationship

5)    Perform market trend analysis, update & discussion of market information with superior

6)    Achieve customer satisfaction through service excellence & professionalism.

7)    Other ad-hoc duties deem fit by superior

9)    Sales Channel: Trader, trade- bakeries, Foodcourt, coffee shops and hawker centers, neighborhood bakeries

Requirement:

·         Minimum Diploma OR at least 1-2 years of Sales Experience .Those who work in Bakery sector will be added advantages

·         Able to work in a fast-paced environment, dynamic and motivated personality.

·         Good communication and negotiation skills.

·         Positive attitude and a team player but with ability to work independently

·         Possess a valid Class 3 or 3A Singapore driving license

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office • Possess own vehicle

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, markets, and growth opportunities for expansion and business development
• Cold calling to qualify prospects
• Conduct presentations, negotiations, and close deals with new and existing clients
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing any concerns or issues that arise timely
