    Job Responsibilities

    Administrative

    • Coordinate and follow up with other departments to liaise for R&D food ingredients.
    • Record and summarize meeting notes and food tasting feedback.
    • Document raw materials and ingredients used for R&D with photos and ingredients list.
    • Schedule and setting up monthly meetings with outlets kitchen in charge
    • Support in following up on the status of projects / cross-functional tasks and assignments when required.
    • Collaborate with other teams to ensure policies, procedures and timelines are met.
    • Assist in translation of operational documents or communications between Mandarin and English when required.
    • Print and organize materials required for new outlet opening and staff training
    • Central kitchen HR administrative works

    SOPs & Documentation

    • Maintain and update current SOPs for outlets and central kitchen
    • Draft new SOPs for new food products including preparation guidelines and training manuals.
    • Assist in photo taking session for new food products

    Inventory & System Management

    • Input or update stock levels for raw materials and supplies
    • Track ingredients usage for daily operations or for R&D
    • Generate purchase requests and stock movement reports
    • Assist Central Kitchen Head Chef in monitoring overstock, shortages and expired materials

     Non-Food Procurement

    • Assist with procurement for basic kitchen equipment, tools and any other supplies

    Responsibilities

    • We operate largely on an appointment basis, where we take our clients through a 1.5-2 hr education session about diamonds, to create awareness about the diamond retail industry.
    • These appointments also include helping clients choose their ring designs and helping them with customization options for their ring designs.
    • You will be trained to deliver a holistic and high-quality product demo to our clients, throughout the first 3 months.
    • You will also be expected to continuously keep abreast of ongoing product developments.
    • You will be in charge of ensuring a smooth flow for our clients, including responsibilities such as ensuring the diamond’s delivery timeline, helping clients with their customized designs, and following up with their enquiries.

    Your mission

    The Academic and Student Affairs department offers students an enriching and immersive academic and non-academic experience in EHL Campus (Singapore). It actively supports students and faculty members to prepare students for their future professional career. The department also supports academic and student affairs’ operations in EHL’s new university in Sanya, China when required.

    Your responsibilities will include

    • Support the Student Affairs Department in the organization of mobility promotion week in Lausanne Campus and the admissions’ process for students enrolled into EHL Campus (Singapore). Travel to Switzerland when required.
    • When required, ensure the physical welcome of all students at the Student Affairs Office and attend to their enquiries and requests, including preparation of academic or administrative documents.
    • Manage the suspension or withdrawal requests from students.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Certifying the correctness and completeness of the claim form and supporting documents for all final claims submitted by grant recipients
    • Liaise directly with grant recipients on any queries pertaining to the claims and/or missing documents for the claims
    • Liaise directly with grant recipients to obtain and record grand recipients’ explanations for cases where there are any variance between actual and supported amount for approved cost
    • Provide updates on claims verification process and/or seek clarifications relevant to claim verification
