  • Corporate Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager

    Job Description:

    • Review sales and other revenue-generating business plans, identify gaps, and implement proactive measures to optimize hotel room bookings, F&B venues, and conference space capacity to meet targets.
    • Contribute to the hotel’s overall selling strategy and ensure alignment across departments to maintain high-quality standards and proactive selling.
    • Conduct competitive analysis of the local market and implement strategies to ensure the hotel remains competitive.
    • Develop and mentor the Sales Team, ensuring they embrace high-quality standards and proactive sales techniques.

  • Outdoor Sales Executive

    Job Type: Contract/Temp

    Salary: $2,200 per month

    Responsibilities:

    • Create sales leads in order to pursue new clients through referrals, business directories and even cold calling
    • Follow up on sales leads that might be generated by other employees or departments within the company.
    • Regularly call or visit existing clients to ensure that they are still happy with using the product or services and to explain new products and services as they are made available.
    • Ensure Customer satisfaction, retention and maintenance of sales accounts.

    Additonal Information:

    Job Description

    On-Site Optimization

    • Analyze website performance and user behavior to identify opportunities for UX and conversion rate improvements.

    • Lead A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize landing pages, product pages, and customer journeys.

    • Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to implement optimization changes.

    • Monitor site speed and user interaction metrics, proposing and executing enhancements.

    We operate largely on an appointment basis, where we take our clients through a 1.5-2 hr education session about diamonds, to create awareness about the diamond retail industry.

    These appointments also include helping clients choose their ring designs and helping them with customization options for their ring designs.

    You will be trained to deliver a holistic and high-quality product demo to our clients, throughout the first 3 months.

    You will also be expected to continuously keep abreast of ongoing product developments.

    You will be in charge of ensuring a smooth flow for our clients, including responsibilities such as ensuring the diamond’s delivery timeline, helping clients with their customized designs, and following up with their enquiries.

    This includes greeting and ushering, helping clients with their collections, and many more interactions.
