    1. Support in daily operational and administrative duties

    Responsibilities

    • Review, validate, and update client and transaction data to ensure accuracy and completeness
    • Rectify data discrepancies by liaising with internal teams (Relationship Managers, Middle Office, Compliance, Operations)
    • Maintain proper documentation of all data remediation efforts for audit and compliance purposes
    • Assist with data retrieval, entry, documentation, and record-keeping to support business operations

    Requirements

    • 1–3 years’ experience in banking operations, data entry, compliance support, or similar roles (Private Banking experience is an advantage)
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large datasets
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under tight deadlines
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
