    Job Description

    • Support Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager in administering all facets of service operations.
    • Fully understand the concept of the restaurant and being able to act as a guardian in terms of service provided, food and beverages served and the guidance of the team.
    • Have the knowledge and understanding to explain and perform upselling all items offered by the department assigned as well as offering alternatives.

    Job Requirement

    • GCE N / O Level onwards 
    • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Front of House (FOH) in F&B Industry.

    • Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
    • Good communication and customer service skills
    • Having a Food & Hygiene certificate will be an added advantage.

    Responsibilities:

    – Provide level 1 & 2 technical support (onsite and remote) to end-users on hardware and software-related in office and roadshow setting up , printer, network and other IoT
    – Resolve or coordinate the resolution of issues with onsite and remote staffs or the respective vendors
    – Collaborate with HR for on-boarding and off-boarding of staff’s IT issued items, including assist in the setup and deployment of new hardware and software, manage user accounts (creation, deletion and updates), and email configurations

    Summary of Responsibilities:

    The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

    • Review and schedule daily system operation tasks; prioritizes and ensures completion of tasks, following established procedures.
    • Ensure optimal availability of the computer systems, POS, Hotel Network and Guest Internet Network.
    • Perform/handle backup operations and tape management.

    The primary responsibility of the IT Support Engineer is to build and provide support for server, workstations and storage equipment. This position works extensively in the server environment. The position requires self-initiative as well as technical expertise.

    The IT Support Engineer is required to support our enterprise customers for servers, workstations and storage systems. We supply to research organisations, universities, data centers, government agencies, MNCs and SMEs. We supply servers/workstations equipment for High Performance Computing, Storage, Compute and Deep Learning/AI.

    Qualification:

    • Diploma in IT/Engineering or IT Related
    • Fluent in English
    • Good communications skills via Email and Phone to provide customer support
    • Be able to adapt to a fast-changing IT environment of servers and storage

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Deploy IT infrastructure and network standards, procedures, and drive implementation and maintenance across Singapore hotels, to ensure the stable operation of the organization’s IT assets.
    • Manage and support all IT information systems.
    • Coordinate, supervise, and work alongside Level 1 IT engineers.

    Requirements
