    Operational & Administrative Support

    • Provide end-to-end support to the HOD and Manager in managing operational activities across various dialysis and support programmes (e.g. Peritoneal Dialysis, Haemodifiltration, Nocturnal Dialysis, Kidney Supportive Care and etc.).
    • Coordinate service-related administrative matters including service level agreements, follow-ups, claims, and procurement processes (e.g. high-value drug requisitions).

    Job Description:

    • Perform routine and complex analytical tests on human body fluids and tissues to provide accurate data for optimal diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of disease states.
    • Perform routine laboratory test procedures as outlined in the established SOPs and according to MOH regulations, ISO and CAP accreditation. Adhere to quality assurance and quality control procedures in performing all testing.
