  • Clinic Nurse

    We are currently seeking dedicated nurses to join our Specialist Clinic Division and Health Screening Division.

    Job responsibilities

    • Handle day-to-day operations and nursing functions.
    • Handle phone call/email enquires in a timely and professional manner.
    • Assisting doctors in accessing, diagnosing, and treating patients.
    • In-charge of patient issues such as dispensary of medication, providing good patient care, maintaining high patient satisfaction level.
    • Assist in inventory management.
    • Liaise with vendors, suppliers and local government bodies whenever necessary.
    • Perform ward rounds to ensure continuity of patient care and follow through of treatment plans.
    • Provide patient education and counselling.
    • Handle third party claims, Medisave claims, insurance claims, and other documentations
    • Provide assistance to clinic manager to ensure smooth operation of clinic 
    • Ad hoc duties assigned by clinic manager and medical director.

    Requirements

    • Singaporean/PR is welcomed to apply
    • Possess NITEC/Diploma in Nursing
    • Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
    • Possess valid BCLS Cert
    • 5.5 days work week (including Saturday morning)
    • 2 years or more of background in healthcare industry would be an added advantage
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Organised, meticulous and detail-oriented
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Able to work in a team with doctors, managers, finance department and other employees of the company
    • Willing to travel between clinics/medical centres/hospitals

    We are seeking a hardworking and motivated Kitchen Assistant / Waiter to join our team at JAP CRAFT PTE LTD’ located in the Balestier Central / Whampoa region.     Kitchen Assistant

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle basic food preparation
    • Prepare ingredients for cooking according to the establishment’s standard recipes and operating procedures
    • Portion, assemble or package menu dishes and other food items
    • Process new inventory items and inventory checking
    • Clean food preparation areas, kitchen stations, equipment, tables, cutlery and crockery

    We are looking for a scrub nurse in our Major Surgery Suite. 

    Key Responsibilities

    • To assess, plan, implement and evaluate the peri-operative patient care in order to achieve optimum patient outcomes for surgical patients.
    • To participate in the implementation of clinical practices and standards including utilisation of new technologies, regular clinical nursing audits to ensure high quality standards of peri-operative care being rendered to the patients.
    • To demonstrate good and competent clinical skills, knowledge and critical thinking in the delivery of quality operating room nursing skills.
    • To be a team player as part of the MSS team to deliver a high and safe standard peri-operative patient care providing supervision and support where appropriate.
    • To participate in the care and maintenance of specialised equipment, ensuring an agreed standard of decontamination or disinfection at all times including accurate record for traceability of all equipment.
    • To actively be involved in committee/s at departmental or hospital level when nominated to represent on term or ad hoc basis.
    • To participate in the orientation, training and education of junior and newly recruited nurses for continuous professional development and maintaining their level of competencies.

    Requirements

    • Diploma of Nursing or Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
    • Singapore Nursing Board Practicing Certificate for Registered Nurses.
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Operating Room (OR).
    • Advanced Diploma or post-basic qualifications in Peri-operative Nursing or equivalent would be an advantage.
