  • Field Service Engineer

    Job Details:

    • Salary: Up to $2600 Basic + Standby Allowance (1st Standby – $20, 2nd Standby – $10) + $100 for Activation + Variable Bonus
    • Working hours: Mon-Fri 830am to 5pm + 24/7 Standby duties

    Job Scope:
    • Install equipment at customer sites.
    • Perform system setup and initial configuration.
    • Assist in equipment modifications as needed.
    • Conduct regular servicing to ensure optimal equipment performance.
    • Perform upgrades and preventive maintenance.
    • Handle specific jigs and tools during service jobs.
    • Diagnose equipment problems and perform repairs or adjustments.
    • Troubleshoot electronic-mechanical issues on the equipment.
    • Assist senior colleagues in higher-level tasks (e.g., robot teaching, sub-unit maintenance).
    • Provide direct on-site support at customers’ fabrication facilities.
    • Attend weekly meetings and presentations for updates and coordination.
    • Write detailed technical reports post-service or repair.
    • Perform 24×7 standby duties based on a roster.
    • Handle ad-hoc shift work or delivery tasks as required.

    Requirements:
    • Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Microelectronics Engineering with no experience welcome
    • Cleanroom working experience is preferable, but not mandatory
    • Willing to travel occasionally and work irregular hours when required
    • Candidates with own transport will be preferred but optional

  • Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer

    Salary: $3,700 – $5,000 per month

    We are looking for highly motivated, hands-on Manufacturing Engineer, who will be responsible for setup, ramp-up,maintenance and improvement of manufacturing systems, with the ability to train and lead a manufacturing team to achievethe company goals such as Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost in the most economical manner possible.

    • Reports to Manager, Manufacturing
    • Responsible for the setup, ramp-up, maintenance and improvement of manufacturing systems by implementing upto-date methods to achieve the department goals set by the management.
    • Responsible for leading a manufacturing team to achieve the company goals such as Safety, Quality, Delivery and Costin the most economical manner possible.
    • Safety
      • Ensure compliance of safety by team at work
      • Responsible to be the SiC for his/her shift assigned
      • To observe and abide to all Environmental Health and Safety related rules and procedures in compliance to the Environmental Health and Safety policy
    • Quality
      • Responsible to ensure that team complies strictly to work methods, procedures and standards.
      • Lead the shift in performing 5S in factory to maintain good housekeeping in work area
    • Delivery
      • Shift operations:
        • To work with Shift Supervisor to develop work schedule and prioritizes daily activities within the shift tomeet production schedule.
        • Set and monitor manufacturing KPIs for production operators such as attendance, discipline, and workperformance
        • Drives, tracks and reports shift production performance such as production output, quality, utilization,material usage and yield. Identify causes to shift KPI misses and recommends/propose solutions toimprove shift output performances.
      • SMT (Self-managed team) operations:
        • Setup and Implement line operational procedures, manufacturing system, and ensure compliance withcorporate requirements and procedures
        • Maintain optimum utilization of equipment and resources and constantly review methods of WIPmanagement/ run mode
        • Involved in daily line sustaining troubleshooting on process and quality related issues. Able to stay backlate or come back at time to recover the production in event of any line hard down or catastrophicfailures.
        • Manage all non-conformance material and scraps disposition as according to the process controlprocedures and quality related procedures.
        • Perform other duties as assigned. Duties will vary according to the project progress and/or the specificgoals of the division.
        • Makes recommendations on improvement to production processes, equipment and material controls toimprove efficiency and effectiveness of work area.
    • Training and Competency
      • Coach and motivates subordinates by conducting regular communication sessions and performance reviews.
      • Drive training competency of operators to ensure sufficient coverage in the Shift
      • Identify, Groom and Train Area Leaders, Shift Leaders and Supervisors Acknowledgement
    • Continuous Improvement
      • Participate actively or lead in projects such as cost reduction, yield improvement, Cpk improvement, newproduct / process development, new machine qualification, process optimization, throughput improvement andnew material evaluation/qualification
      • Drive the team of operators in the SMT to participate in all continuous improvement projects related to cost,quality & service using Six-Sigma, Gemba, Kaizen or similar applicable methodology
    • Participate in cross-functional teams on various improvement projects
    • May be assign to the setup of a new workstation in a new plant

    Qualifications

    Technical/ Professional

    • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronic Engineering
    • Fresh University Graduates are most welcome
    • Must be highly energetic and have the drive to get things done ahead of plan.
    • Skills and abilities to perform job include: Good Leadership skills, Analytical Thought Process, Effective communication and presentation skills. Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills, computerliteracy, interpersonal skills. To be able to exercise mature judgment; ability to work in a team, as well as,independently; ability to influence other people
    • Willingness to travel / work off shift, long hours and at time comeback to support Line recovery as this is a 24 X 7 factory
    • Highly discipline in manufacturing behavior

  • IT Support Engineer 

    Job Type: Full time

    Salary: $3,000 – $4,500 per month

    Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Manager, you will assist in providing unfaltering IT support to our valued clients, mostly in Windows environments.

    Specific tasks include:

    • Act as the first contact point for client post-sales inquiries and routine IT support requests.
    • Manage ticket intake, prioritization, and assignment to relevant engineers or support staff.
    • Coordinate periodic maintenance schedules, patching, and health checks for client systems.
    • Track and manage IT assets, licenses, and support renewals across client accounts.
    • Maintain accurate client documentation, including configuration details, site notes, and access credentials.
    • Escalate issues appropriately and ensure closure within SLA.
    • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes for clients’ users.
    • Communicate service updates, outages, or planned maintenance to clients.

    Requirements

    • Diploma Holder in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
    • At least 2-4 years working experience in Technical Support role.
