    Responsibilities:

    • Support in project coordinator and smooth progress of works
    • Issue workers with safety permits and carrying out risk assessment
    • Ensures the adherence to the safe work procedure (SWP)
    • Identify defects and follow up on QA/QC matters
    • Resolve site issues in a timely manner
    • Daily checks on work progress
    • Ordering of materials and assist in cost control

  • Desktop Support Engineer

    Location: Raffles Place, Central Region

    Job Type: Full time

    Salary: $4,000 – $6,000 per month

    ·       Deliver end-to-end IT desktop support, encompassing installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows/macOS systems, Microsoft Office suite, and enterprise applications.

    ·       Provide expert guidance on the operation of meeting systems, including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Tencent Meeting, and Voov.

    ·       Collaborate with supervisors to execute IT-related upgrades, deployments, and day-to-day operational maintenance initiatives.

    ·       Assist in enforcing organizational security policies, including antivirus management, patch deployment, and access control protocols.

    ·       Manage office PC setup, configuration, repair coordination, and timely resolution of hardware and software faults.

    ·       Oversee account administration and provide user support for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Teams.

    ·       Render technical support for internal network connectivity (Wi-Fi and wired LAN) and conduct thorough troubleshooting of related issues.

    ·       Responsible for planning, configuring, debugging, managing, and maintaining internal network devices such as firewalls.

    ·       Design, implement, and maintain access permissions for file servers and various SaaS applications.

    ·       Perform security management duties, including virus protection, OS patch application, and maintenance of MFA and VPN systems.

    ·       Establish and maintain IT asset ledgers (covering computers, monitors, licenses, etc.) and conduct regular inventory checks.

    ·       Promote internal IT protocols and security guidelines, while developing user-friendly manuals and frequently asked questions (FAQs).

    ·       Ensure the security, stability, and optimal performance of the company’s internal IT environment.

    Job Requirement:

    ·       3-5 years of demonstrated experience in desktop support and maintenance.

    ·      In-depth familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.

    ·       Strong communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

    ·       Competence in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 systems.

    ·       Hands-on experience with basic operations and troubleshooting of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

    ·       Solid understanding of fundamental network concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, wired LAN, etc.).

    ·       Knowledge of basic security principles, including virus protection and Windows Update management.

    ·       Familiarity with configuration, operation, troubleshooting, and resolution of mainstream firewalls (e.g., Fortigate).

    • Experience in automating tasks and enhancing operational efficiency using scripting tools (e.g., PowerShell).

  • Scissor Lift & Boom Lift Mechanic Technician

  • Commissioning Engineer

    Location: Tuas, West Region

    Job Type: Contract/Temp

    Salary: $5,100 – $6,600 per month

    What will you do?

    • Undertake technical reviews of customer drawings and specifications
    • Monitor and control commissioning deliverable progress to ensure the on-time delivery of the projects.
    • Use the tracking board tool and take pro-active decisions and actions to prevent any slippages.
    • Ensure full & effective reporting of project progress & status to the management
    • Manage Project Risks & Opportunities associated with the commissioning deliverables by assessing, identifying, mitigating and controlling any potential situations that could impact (negatively or positively) the performance of the project
    • Master Variation Order & Claim process for both Customer and vendors.

     The duties and responsibilities of an Assistant Engineer, Project Support are as listed below. Note that the list is not comprehensive and related duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.

    • Able to perform night shift
    • Supervise installation (including locomotives cable laying on trackside) and T&C works with equipment rooms, OCC, BOCC
    • Supervise decommissioning works
    • Attend site survey and ensure safety at site
