  • Training Admin

    Job Type: Contract/Temp
    Salary: $2,400 – $2,800 per month

     Job Responsibilities:

    • Perform tasks on registration and payments, enrolment, attendance and assessments records via the systems.
    • Processing of training administration from pre to post programme activities, including coordination with both internal and external partners and providing logistical support.
    • Attends to enquiries and appeals timely and accurately.
    • Adhere to existing SOPs, Procedures, Documentations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Consolidate and provide data and information for management reporting and to provide support for external audit.
    • Undertake additional tasks as required.
    • Other ad-hoc projects may be required.

    Period:

    • 2 years contract (renewable)
       

  • Child Care Teacher 

    Job Type: Full time

    Salary: $3,000 – $3,500 per month

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide various experiences and activities for children including songs, games and story telling.
    • Establish routines, provide positive guidance and build children’s esteem.
    • Conducting of lessons according to centre’s curriculum.
    • Monitoring learning progress of students.
    • Building good rapport with parents and students.
    • Provide safe and secure environment for children to feel comfortable.

    Requirements:

    • Possess at least a Diploma in Preschool Teaching (DPT)
    • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Have a passion for children.
    • Able to work independently as well as in a team.

  • Maths Teacher

    Job Type: Full time

    Salary: $5,000 – $7,000 per month

    Responsibilities:

    • Implement the designated curriculum. (Max. 10 classes per week, 2 hours per class)
    • Provide support and ideas towards the planning and development of the curriculum.
    • Attend team meetings
    • Monitor the student’s learning through prompt written and verbal feedback and grading of homework.
    • Provide parents with weekly feedback on lesson progress.
    • Provide follow-up make up sessions when students are not able to attend class due to official school events or sickness.
    • Provide coverage for teachers who are unable to take their assigned class due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • Perform all administrative and other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Current or Ex-MOE Teacher
    • 3 years of working experience
    • Bachelor Degree or equivalent

    • + 13 Month Bonus

    Additional Information

    • 6 weeks leave per year (2 weeks in June and 4 weeks in November/December)
    • Flexi-hours based on a 44 hour work week
    • Our centre has no classes on Sundays

  • Teaching Support Intern

    Job Type: Contract/Temp

    Salary: $1,400 per month

    Pathlight School is the first autism-focused school in Singapore to offer the national curriculum together with life readiness skills. It caters to students on the autism spectrum with related conditions, aged 7 to 18 years, who are cognitively able to access national curriculum but require additional support such as smaller class sizes, special accommodations and teaching staff trained in autism.

    The Youths For Autism (YFA) program (https://yfa.autism.org.sg/) provides an opportunity for you to contribute to the social services or special education sector and acquire skills in:

    • Fundamentals of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
    • Interacting with individuals with ASD
    • Interpersonal and communication skills, collaborating closely with our professionals (Educators, Allied Health Professionals, Job Coaches)
    • Observe and gain first-hand experience in classroom management

    As a YFA Intern, your Impact and Contribution includes:

    • Providing effective class support to students with ASD using the 5 features of an ASD-friendly classroom
    • Providing 1:1 behavioural and learning support to students who require added support
    • Collaborate with our Teaching staff to prepare teaching materials and resources for lessons and workshops
    • Contribute to school-wide projects, co-curricular activities (CCAs), subject and event committees as assigned

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations 
    • Assisting the manager to ensure smooth operations and financial aspect of the stall/mini restaurant.
    • Supervising store operations, cash control, and shift management
    • Co-leading the team to create the mini restaurant/stall experience for customers by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products
    • Responsible for compliance of all related standards and guidelines, as well as relevant regulatory requirements

    Job Description:

    • Teach/Guide the community in Singapore on digital apps through 1:1, class room, small or large group settings, using Zoom, Singpass, What’s app, Paynow and Paylah. Have a good knowledge of common scams or cybersecurity.
    • Prompt follow up and administration work.

  • Document Controller

    Salary: $2,800 – $3,300 per month

    •Provide professional administrative support on project site

    •Generate emails and reports when appropriate

    •Site Admin provides administration support to project team and handles project public relation issues. Site Admin serves as primary contact point of information flow between Head Office and site.

    •Site Admin duties include maintaining relationship and communicating project activities to project site neighbourhood, and attending and resolving complaints from external parties.

    •Site Admin acts as project document controller and perform administrative duties include filing, sorting, printing, circulation, storage of some project documents (correspondences), and handling of all incoming telephone calls.

    •Assume responsibility for maintenance of site office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines

    •Any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as your superior deem fit.

    Requirements:

    •NITEC / GCE ‘O’ level / GCE ‘N’ level.

    •Minimum 2 years working experience in providing efficient administration in construction environment.

    • Effective communication and proven ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and community partners
