Job Type: Contract/Temp
Salary: $2,400 – $2,800 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks on registration and payments, enrolment, attendance and assessments records via the systems.
- Processing of training administration from pre to post programme activities, including coordination with both internal and external partners and providing logistical support.
- Attends to enquiries and appeals timely and accurately.
- Adhere to existing SOPs, Procedures, Documentations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Consolidate and provide data and information for management reporting and to provide support for external audit.
- Undertake additional tasks as required.
- Other ad-hoc projects may be required.
Period:
- 2 years contract (renewable)
