• Provide high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the customer premise.
• Practice good service acts by greeting others, smiling and saying thank you (GST) to customers and colleagues.
• Project professional image with proper grooming standards by ensuring that overall appearance be pleasant, clean and neat.
• Perform basic cleaning duties in assigned areas. Cleaning duties including but not limited to wiping tables, wiping windows, vacuuming carpets, pantry cleaning, washing cups, clearing trash bins and tea-lady duties.
• Meet the cleanliness and hygiene standard and ensure compliance to Health & Safety Environmental procedures and practices. Report accidents/incidents to the superior promptly.
• Handle cleaning equipment such as blower, vacuum cleaner and other general household cleaning equipment. Check equipment regularly and alert superior of any faulty machines.
• Create great service experiences for customers through providing service personalization, verbal and non-verbal communication and building connections through empathetic service, rapport and going the extra mile.
• Manage stock level and maintain neat and organized janitorial/store areas.
• Undertake any duties/projects as assigned by the Superior.

Job Scope

• Manage and review daily customer orders.
• Create, process, and generate pick slips, performing system transactions in platforms like SAP and Oracle.
• Ensure timely and accurate order shipments and transactions.
• Coordinate handover of orders to the warehouse for picking and packing.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely shipments.
• Handle daily shipment bookings with forwarders and prepare AWBs in courier systems.
• Prepare necessary reports, including daily activity, receiving, and shipping updates.
• Respond promptly to internal and external customer requests.
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Prior experience in logistics or supply chain is advantageous
• Knowledge in transaction systems i.e. SAP, Oracle is advantageous
• Meticulous and organized in handling daily orders
