- Attend to the fault equipment alarm for verification.
- Call to vendor for emergency checking if necessary and report status to the team.
- Routine site inspection for M&E systems and direct vendor for work during their visit.
- Ensure all SLA between external vendors/suppliers or customers are met.
- Assist in coordinating and executing various types of improvement works e.g. A&A, renovation, defect rectifications and etc.
- Assist Facility team to manage all facility related matters as well as meeting the expectations of customers and users.

- Recruitment functions such as liaising with recruitment agency and hiring Manager, conducting preliminary resume vetting, phone interviews to qualify candidates, arranging interviews, maintaining recruitment records and reports

- Provide high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the customer premise.
- Practice good service acts by greeting others, smiling and saying thank you (GST) to customers and colleagues.
- Project professional image with proper grooming standards by ensuring that overall appearance be pleasant, clean and neat.
- Perform basic cleaning duties in assigned areas. Cleaning duties including but not limited to wiping tables, wiping windows, vacuuming carpets, pantry cleaning, washing cups, clearing trash bins and tea-lady duties.
