Job Purpose:
- Proactively promote and sell banking products such as savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and insurance to walk-in and referred customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their financial needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Provide quality customer service, addressing inquiries and assisting customers with account opening, product information, and basic transactions.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue growth.
- Achieve individual and branch sales targets, contributing to the overall branch performance.
- Conduct follow-up calls and appointments to develop and maintain customer pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, banking regulations, and risk management standards.
- Assist in branch promotional activities, campaigns, and customer engagement events.
- Support general branch operations when necessary, including administrative and documentation tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma
- Possess with BCP, PGI and HI (Will have to take the paper if do not possess)
- Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
- Comfortable with front-line sales and customer interactions
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Patient and resilient to handle rejection and objections
- Independent, organized, and positive worker with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good team player with ability to multitask and meets high service standards;
- Proficient in Microsoft office and able to multi-task to efficiently reply to enquiries; Meticulous in documentation and fulfillment work
