    Job Type: Full time

    Salary: $2,200 – $3,200 per month

    Job scope:

    • Perform daily operational duties at outpatient clinic.
    • Registration of patients and provide frontline customer service.
    • Process prescription accurately and dispensing of medicines.
    • Process of billing transactions under different Government schemes and managed care programmes.
    • Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items.
    • Operate Clinic Management System.

    Salary: $2,000 – $2,800 per month

    Main Duties & Responsibilities

    • Servicing, Upgrading, Refurbishing and Cleaning of Coffee and Coffee Related Machines such as Coffee Capsule Machine and other Morning related machines
    • Peforming Machine Inspection, Diagnostic and Updating Simple Documentations such as Customer Details and Information to Arrival Checklist, Inspection Checklist and Bench Testing Report
    • Coordinating the receiving, dispatching and tracking of Machines with Transporters(External) and Customer Service(Internal)
    • Inbounding of Spare Parts such as Counting, Labelling and Proper Storage
    • Ensuring the proper handling and storage of Machine Spare Parts
    • Keeping and maintaining accurate records of all the Spare Parts Inventory
    • Perform Monthly Spare Part Inventory Check
    • Performing Spare Part Recovery and Fuctionality Testing before use

    Qualifications/ Requirements

    • Detail-oriented, able to correctly log information and adhere to repair standards
    • Farmiliar with using basic Office tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Drive
    • Positive and Constructive attitude in teamwork and good Verbal Communication
    • Willing to learn and use other software tools such as Slack, Zendesk, Shopify

    Physical Demands

    • Able to stand at a workbench for extended periods
    • Can work in close quarters with others
    • Ability to stand, bend, and lift 30 pounds
    • Comfortable with using a ladder

    Good to have:

    • An interest in Coffee and Coffee related things
    • Working with industrial tools such as Pallet Jacks and Ladder
    • An interest in solving problems, for both people and mechanical systems

    • Engage with customer regarding intercepted alerts to establish if customer was being scam

    • Assist and advise customer on next course of action if they were being scammed

    Responsibilities:

    Strategic Planning

    • To review and enhance financial policies.
    • Monitor the implementation of strategic business plans and ensure compliance with financial policies.
    • Act as effective business partners to management and stakeholders in providing financial insights/advice to achieve business objectives.
    • Assess financial sustainability of the 5-year budget, including early alerts to management on potential areas of concerns.

    Operations

    • Work with management to optimise resource allocation and utilisation for annual budget.
