    What you’ll be doing?

    • Financial Management: Handle full set of accounts, including preparation of accounting journal entries, quarterly GST filing, and intercompany transactions.
    • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly fixed assets, audit schedules, and account reconciliations. Generate and review month-end financial and management reports.
    • Forecasting: Analyze variances between actual and projected figures, and prepare financial projections to support business decision-making.
    • Order Processing: Manage sales orders, coordinate with forwarders and suppliers to ensure timely shipments and deliveries.
    • Documentation: Prepare shipping documents, generate delivery orders and invoices, and monitor shipments for on-time delivery.
    • Performance Analysis: Conduct gross profit analysis to support business growth strategies.
    • Office Administration: Handle general office administration matters and assist with other ad-hoc projects as required.

    Who are they looking for?

    • Educational Background: Candidates with LCCI or Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent qualification are encouraged to apply.

    Job Description

    As part of our expansion plans, we are looking for an Operations Executive who will be responsible for ensuring smooth business operations through effective coordination of operational units and resources. The role includes:

          •     Liaising with clients to understand and fulfill their requirements

          •     Coordinating the assignment of drivers, escorts, and vehicles to support client needs

          •     Managing the day-to-day deployment of buses, drivers, and medical escorts

          •     Conducting routine audits on drivers and medical escorts

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    As a Driving Instructor at ComfortDelGro Driving Centre (CDC), you will play a key role in nurturing proficient and socially responsible motorists via:

    • Providing on bike/in-car/classroom driving instructions to learners to guide learners towards competent and safe driving/riding.
    • Structuring and customizing lessons for learners in line with CDC’s curriculum framework and Traffic Police regulations.
    • Evaluating the progress of learners and offer necessary coaching to ensure readiness for assessment/test.
    • Utilizing technology-enabled learning capabilities to complement the learning journeys of learners.
    • Motivating and according quality services to learners via the delivery of learner and customer-centric approaches.

    Job Description:

    ·      Develop new food products

    ·      Conduct presentations and food tasting sessions for newly developed products

    ·      Simulate sales performance of new promotion or product discounts

    ·      Document protocol and SOP for the making of new products

    ·      Keep track of the daily/weekly sales of newly launched product and generate daily/weekly sales report for new product based on promotion period

    ·      Prepare memo for product related information including new product launch, change of supplier/packaging, price adjustments etc

    ·      Prepare costing and sales target for new product launch

    ·      Tabulate ingredient information and allergen contents in food product
