  • IT Helpdesk Support/Desktop Support

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Attend to the fault equipment alarm for verification.
    • Call to vendor for emergency checking if necessary and report status to the team.
    • Routine site inspection for M&E systems and direct vendor for work during their visit.
    • Ensure all SLA between external vendors/suppliers or customers are met.
    • Assist in coordinating and executing various types of improvement works e.g. A&A, renovation, defect rectifications and etc.
