  •  LOGISTICS ASSISTANTS NEEDED

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for dealing with receiving.
    • Checking for cosmetic conditions, verify, reconcile against documents and storing incoming goods.

  • Shipping Coordinator 

    Job Type: Contract/Temp

    Salary: $2,300 – $2,500 per month

    Job Scope

    • Manage and review daily customer orders.
    • Create, process, and generate pick slips, performing system transactions in platforms like SAP and Oracle.
    • Ensure timely and accurate order shipments and transactions.
    • Coordinate handover of orders to the warehouse for picking and packing.
    • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely shipments.
    • Handle daily shipment bookings with forwarders and prepare AWBs in courier systems.
    • Prepare necessary reports, including daily activity, receiving, and shipping updates.
    • Respond promptly to internal and external customer requests.
    • Perform any additional tasks as assigned.

    Job Requirement:

    • Prior experience in logistics or supply chain is advantageous
    • Knowledge in transaction systems i.e. SAP, Oracle is advantageous

    • Assisting Drivers in loading/unloading goods

    • Stacking of Finished Goods from Production Line Conveyor at to designated location safely.
    • Unstacking of Goods to conveyor system for local deliveries and export shipment.
    • Checking orders for accuracy prior to unstacking
    • Operate conveyor system.
    • Conducting routine check on conveyor belts maintenance and others.

    Requirements:
    • Must be comfortable to carry drums (up to 25kg) together with buddies
    • Must be ok to OT after official working hours and on Saturday when required

    Job Responsibilities:

    The Purchasing & Logistics Snr/Executive supports the full procurement and logistics cycle — from purchase order processing to delivery coordination — ensuring that goods and services are ordered accurately and delivered on time. This role acts as a connector between internal stakeholders, vendors, and logistics partners to drive operational efficiency.

    Purchasing

    • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for uniforms, security equipment (e.g., walkie-talkies, PPEs, etc), and other operational needs.
    • Process purchase orders, quotations, and supplier agreements in compliance with internal procurement policies.
    • Monitor price trends and ensure cost-efficiency while maintaining quality and reliability.
    • Ensure timely replenishment of stock and manage urgent purchase requests from operations.

    Logistics & Inventory

    • Plan and coordinate deliveries and distribution of goods to various deployment sites.
    • Maintain optimal inventory levels and perform periodic stock checks.
    • Liaise with operations and site teams to understand deployment needs and schedule equipment dispatch accordingly.
    • Maintain proper documentation for incoming and outgoing inventory.

    Vendor & Contract Management

    • Maintain and update approved vendor list, contracts, and service agreements.
    • Evaluate supplier performance regularly and recommend improvements or changes as needed.
    • Manage after-sales service, returns, and warranty claims with suppliers.

    Compliance & Reporting

    • Ensure all purchases and logistics activities comply with company SOPs and relevant regulations.
    • Maintain accurate procurement and logistics records for audit and internal reporting.
    • Generate periodic reports on purchasing activity, stock levels, and delivery efficiency.

     Skills and Competencies:

    • Knowledge of procurement and inventory management systems.
    • Familiarity with security-related supplies and equipment is an advantage.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • High level of organisation, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)

    • Ensure goods are handled with care. Assist in counting of physical inventory.
    • Ensure proper control and maintenance of material handling equipment.
    • Performing of general housekeeping and maintaining of safe working environment.
    • Operating of forklift and reach truck (applicable for those who holds forklift license).
    • Adhere strictly to safety measures and regulations in the workplace.
