Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate team to achieve or exceed target/KPI
- Collaborate with internal department to implement and execute strategies
- Inventory management for store such as stock replenishment
- Improve work procedures and operations
- Manage and oversee daily store operations related matters
- Manage and oversee manpower related matters
- Other ad-hoc duties
