Job Description

On-Site Optimization

• Analyze website performance and user behavior to identify opportunities for UX and conversion rate improvements.

• Lead A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize landing pages, product pages, and customer journeys.

• Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to implement optimization changes.

• Monitor site speed and user interaction metrics, proposing and executing enhancements.

• Ensure consistent brand messaging and user experience across all digital touchpoints.

CRM Data & Analytics

• Develop segmentation strategies for targeted campaigns and customer journeys.

• Track and report on CRM KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and lifetime value.

• Build and use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, CRM dashboards) to derive insights and support decision-making.

• Support with eDMs set up using Mailchimp and Adobe CMT when needed.

Campaign Management

• Coordinate campaign assets, calendar, timeline and other requirements across internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.

• Provide reports for end-of-campaign miles tabulation.

Others

• Administrative tasks such as processing invoices, accruals, etc.

• Provide end-of-month finance reports.

• Organize and manage digital files and assets, shared drives, and team files.

• Provide general marketing support across campaign planning, CRM tasks and digital marketing when needed.

• Support contract management and other legal/administrative marketing documents.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, with relevant experience in on-site optimization, CRM and campaign management.

• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics & CMT, Hotjar, Mailchimp and Excel.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and project management abilities.

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with ecommerce websites.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI
